All the reports and assessments mentioned in this Plan will follow the reporting process
illustrated in Figure 6.4 below. It summarizes the reports of the sectoral programs, projects
and activities undertaken in the District from the ward level. The four (4) LLG presidents and
the District sectoral officers will provide on the ground reports of their respective programs,
projects and activities from their respective wards to the LLG level. The sectoral officers
will compile for their sectors for the District which will be reported to the KDDA CEO. The
CEO will put together these reports that will then be reported to the Chairman of the KDDA
and Member for Kerowagi. The Member with his CEO can present regular (annual) District
Report to the Simbu Provincial Government, relevant heads of Department, stakeholders
and partners.

The reporting on the impacts of the outcomes of this Plan can be undertaken at the end of
the Plan period, 2022. For major programs and projects, it can be reported on a quarterly
and/or annual basis depending on the nature and scope of these programs and projects.
The Member for Kerowagi as the Chairman of the DDA can request for peer reviews to
authenticate or provide independent views on the various reports that are provided after
every two years when he sees that there is a need for review either through specific review
or general review.

This reporting process will provide an up-to-date information on the implementation of this
Plan. It is therefore inherently critical that there is effective flow of information from the
wards to the LLGs and then to the District Administration. Informed adjustments can then
be made to the KRAs of the District outlined in Section 4 of the Plan, particularly on key
investments that are likely to impact on the communities in the District.
